Bigblu Broadband plc (AIM: BBB.L), a leading provider of alternative super-fast and ultra-fast broadband services, announces that, on 29 September 2021, Andrew Walwyn, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 44,176 Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.245 a share.
Following the transaction, Andrew Walwyn's total interest in the Company has increased to 3,012,614 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
