Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Bigblu Broadband plc (AIM: BBB.L), a leading provider of alternative
super-fast broadband services, announces that, following an exercise of
options by a former employee, it has issued and allotted 163,873 new ordinary
shares of 15 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Application will
be made for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
dealings are expected to commence on or around 24 September 2024.

Total Voting Rights

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the
Company. Following the exercise of the options, the Company's issued share
capital consists of 58,715,360 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, the figure of
58,715,360 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
