Proposed sale of SkyMesh Pty Ltd

Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

 

Further to the announcement on 2 December 2024, Bigblu Broadband plc (AIM:
BBB.L), a leading provider of alternative super-fast and ultra-fast broadband
services, confirms that it has today posted to shareholders a Circular
convening the General Meeting and providing Shareholders with further
information concerning the Disposal. The General Meeting has been convened to
consider, and it thought fit, approve the Resolution set out in the Circular
and notice.

 

The General Meeting is being held at 9.00a.m. on 20 December 2024 at the
offices of Harwood Capital LLP, 6 Stratton Street, Mayfair, London W1J 8LD. A
copy of the Circular, together with the Form of Proxy, are available to be
viewed on the Company's website
