Result of General Meeting

 

Bigblu Broadband plc (AIM: BBB.L), a leading provider of super-fast and
ultrafast broadband services, is delighted to announce that at the Company's
General Meeting held today, the Resolution put to shareholders to approve the
proposed sale of SkyMesh Pty Ltd was duly passed.

 

Completion of the Disposal is expected to occur in the next few days.
