Oct 5 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on

ACCOR ACCP.PA
French hotels group Accor on Wednesday said it had
successfully placed a 500 million euros perpetual hybrid bond
issue with a 7.25% coupon.
ALSTOM ALSO.PA :
French train manufacturer on Wednesday said its full-year
free cash flow would be negative due to a ramp-up in production
and delays in some orders and now projects a full-year negative
free cash flow (FCF) in a range of 500 million euros to 700
million.
BETER BED HOLDING BETR.AS :
Torqx launched on Wednesday a recommended all-cash offer for
Beter Bed Holding Shares at an offer price of 6.10 euros per
share.
BILENDI ALBLD.PA
The French group, which specializes in online loyalty
programs, reported on Wednesday an adjusted net income of 0.3
million euros for the first half of the year, versus 1.8 million
a year ago.
CASINO CASP.PA :
Cash-strapped group on Wednesday announced that following a
decision by the Paris commercial court, payment obligations for
some of its corporate debt notes remain suspended as the company
is discussing a debt restructuring with creditors.
Shares in the French retailer were suspended on Wednesday
pending a statement, boosting speculation a final debt
restructuring deal with creditors led by Czech billionaire
Daniel Kretinsky to avert bankruptcy could be imminent.

French group on Wednesday reported net income of 14.7
million euros for the first half of the year.
FNAC DARTY FNAC.PA :
French consumer electronics retailer on Wednesday said it
had signed an agreement with Ceva Logistics to create a joint
venture dedicated to e-commerce logistics and SaaS Marketplace.
SAFRAN SAF.PA :
Jet engine maker CFM International, owned by GE Aerospace
GE.N and Safran, said on Wednesday the number of engines
suspected of containing falsely documented parts from a UK
distributor had risen to 126, including 16 inside its own
workshops after it inadvertently bought the parts indirectly.
SCOR SCOR.PA :
French reinsurer on Wednesday announced the acquisition of
9,000,000 of its own shares upon the partial exercise of the
call option granted by Covea in 2021, and the subsequent sale of
these shares to BNP Paribas Cardif.
TOTALENERGIES TTEF.PA :
TotalEnergies EP Canada Ltd finalized on Wednesday the sale
to ConocoPhillips of its 50% interest in the Surmont oil sands
asset and associated midstream commitments, both groups said.
VIVENDI VIV.PA
Representatives of Telecom Italia's top investor Vivendi
will tell Italy's Economy Minister they remain sceptical about a
government-sponsored plan to sell the telecoms firm's grid,
sources familiar with the matter said.
