BILL Holdings jumps after top executives buy stake

** Shares of financial operations platform BILL Holdings
 BILL.N  jump 5.7% to $52.66 
    ** CEO René Lacerte and CFO John Rettig disclosed on Monday
after markets closed that they had bought stake in BILL
    ** Lacerte bought over 42,000 shares for about $2.1 mln,
while Rettig purchased over 21,000 shares for more than $1 mln
    ** Market participants tend to track the trading activity of
executives as investors believe insiders could have a clearer
view of the company's outlook
    ** As of last close, BILL shares down 39% YTD
