    ** BILL reports Q4 adjusted EPS of 57 cents vs estimates of

    ** Q4 revenue of $343.7 million, beats estimates of $327
million
    ** Core revenue, which consists of subscription and
transaction fees, rose 16% YoY to $301.3 mln
    ** Approves new share repurchase program of up to about $300
mln
    ** As of last close, stock down 37.8% YTD
