Director Dealings

Share options exercised pursuant to Long Term Incentive Scheme

 

Billington Holdings Plc (AIM: BILN), one of the UK's leading structural steel and construction safety solutions specialists, confirms that share options over 221,275 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been exercised pursuant to the rules of Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") by two executive Directors and have been satisfied by way of transfer from the Employee Share Ownership Trust ("ESOT"). The effect of the transactions are that the executive Directors retain the maximum number of Billington Ordinary Shares arising, after a proportion of such shares were then sold to the ESOT utilising funding from the Company, to cover the associated tax and National Insurance liabilities.

 

Mark Smith

Mark Smith has exercised the LTIP option granted on 27 July 2022 in respect of 126,443 Ordinary Shares at nil consideration. 59,428 Ordinary Shares were sold to cover associated tax and National Insurance liabilities.

Trevor Taylor

Trevor Taylor has exercised the LTIP option granted on 27 July 2022 in respect of 94,832 Ordinary Shares at nil consideration. 44,571 Ordinary Shares were sold to cover associated tax and National Insurance liabilities.
