and construction safety solutions specialists, provides the following update
pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) (v).

 

Ian Lawson, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, is a non-executive director
of Tolent plc ("Tolent"). On 13 February 2023 Tolent was placed into
administration.
