The Company has today been notified that on 7 November 2019 Gutenga Investments PCC Limited sold 333,333 shares at £3.00 each per share.
 
Dr Alexander Ospelt, a director of Billington Holdings Plc, is a member of the foundation council of Gutenga Foundation which owns 100% of Gutenga Investments PCC Limited.
 
Gutenga Investments PCC Limited now holds 6,092,985 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 47.1% of the total number of issued shares in the Company.
