**Shares of Indian stockbroker Groww's parent Billionbrains Garage Ventures BILO.NS pares early gains; stock currently up 0.3% at 156.24 rupees

**Shares rose as much as 5% to 165 rupees earlier in the day ahead of earnings

**Co's Q2 consolidated net profit rises 12.1% to 4.71 billion rupees ($52.65 million)

**Quarterly consolidated rev from ops falls 9.5% to 10.19 billion rupees after curbs on equity-derivatives trading last year led to lower volumes for most brokerages

**Stock up 56.2% from IPO issue price of 100 rupees; IPO opened on November 4 and closed on November 7
