July 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Wednesday:
     
** Rheinmetall <RHMG.DE> has yet to decide on whether to proceed with an acquisition of German Naval Yards Kiel (GNYK) after rival bidder Thyssenkrupp Marine Systems (TKMS) withdrew from the process, Chief Executive Armin Papperger said on Wednesday.

** Sompo International Holdings said on Tuesday that a wholly owned subsidiary had agreed to acquire Brazil’s Fator Seguradora, as the insurer seeks to expand in Latin America's corporate and specialty insurance markets.

** Repligen Corp <RGEN.O> said it would buy BioLife Solutions <BLFS.O> in a cash-and-stock deal valued at about $1.5 billion, to expand the drugmaking equipment provider's presence in the fast-growing cell therapy market.

** U.S. warehousing giant Prologis <PLD.N> made what it called its best and final proposal to buy British rival Segro <SGRO.L> for about £14 billion ($18.8 billion), in a last-minute approach ahead of a deadline as investors urged the pair to keep talking.

** South African retailer Pepkor Holdings <PPHJ.J> said it will combine its fintech subsidiary Flash with payments platform Shop2Shop, creating a merchant commerce and financial technology company that it plans to list separately in future.

** Norway's Vaar Energi said on Tuesday it will buy smaller Oslo-listed rival BlueNord to form Europe's largest independent oil and gas producer by output, in a deal indicated at around $1.33 billion.
