at $2.69 premarket - set to open at a near three-month high
** Stock biggest premarket gainer among Nasdaq-listed stocks
** Co says an early-stage study for its injectable vaccine
for type 1 diabetes showed positive safety results
** Says the vaccine, code named "MTX102", was well tolerated
and no serious adverse events were reported
** Aim of study was to assess safety and no further patients

** Co's London-listed shares MTPH.L up ~102%, set for
their best day ever
