    ** Co reports results from mid-stage study testing potential
of BX001 to improve appearance of skin in acne prone subjects (https://refini.tv/3voskQM)
    ** Patients receiving BX001 showed statistically significant
improvement in appearance of acne-prone skin but no meaningful
difference was shown vis-a-vis those taking placebo - PHGE
    ** BX001 was demonstrated to be safe and well-tolerated,
with no treatment-related adverse events in the 12-week study
    ** Co will further evaluate the study data before reporting
potential next steps for the BX001 development program
    ** Stock down ~62% this year, as of last close
