BioRestorative rises on agreement with Northwell Health

** Shares of stem-cell therapy developer BioRestorative
Therapies Inc  BRTX.O  rise 2.27% to $4.5 premarket
    ** Co says it has signed an agreement with health care
provider Northwell Health and Northwell's Feinstein Institutes
for Medical Research
    ** The signing of the agreement will allow Northwell Health
to participate in co's ongoing mid-stage clinical trial of lead
candidate, BRTX-100 
    ** BRTX-100 is being evaluated as a treatment for chronic
lumbar disc disease, in which a disc in the low back area of the
spine bulges from between the bony area
    ** Up to last close, stock up 60% YTD
