** BioRestorative Therapies Inc's shares  BRTX.O  jump 16.6%
to $2.86 - biggest one-day pct. rise in over 6 months
    ** Maxim initiates coverage with 'buy' rating and PT of $6
    ** Brokerage says the co's experimental therapy to treat
chronic lower back pain is 'potent and differentiated' from
other therapies as its more amendable even in areas of low
oxygen in ones body 
    ** We believe the therapy has already shown proof of concept
and success, and could open up a wider development pathway for
the co - Maxim
    ** Including session gains, stock has fallen ~35% YTD
