Bioventus up; co CEO steps down

** Shares of medical device maker Bioventus Inc  BVS.O  up
4.5% at $1.15 in premarket trading 
    ** Says CEO Ken Reali has stepped down as CEO and as a

    ** Co adds that board has initiated a search to identify
permanent CEO 
    ** Board also appointed Anthony Bihl as CEO on interim
basis, effective immediately, until a successor is named 
    ** Up to Tuesday's close, stock down ~58% this year
