** Crypto-linked U.S. stocks fall premarket as Bitcoin , Ether hit multi-month lows

** Bitcoin BTC= slides 5.1% to $82,764, lowest since April 11; Ether ETH= down 6.4% at $2,697.45

** Strategy MSTR.O down 5%, extending losses after dropping 14.4% in last two sessions

** Co faces risk of being excluded from MSCI indexes, J.P. Morgan analysts wrote in a note earlier this week

** Outflows from stock could reach $2.8 billion if MSCI removes it, and up to $8.8 billion if other providers follow, brokerage said

** Coinbase Global COIN.O down 1.8%; Robinhood HOOD.O down 2.2%

** Crypto miners Riot Platforms RIOT.O down 3.3%, MARA Holdings down MARA.O 3.6%, Hut 8 down HUT.O 4.1%, CleanSpark CLSK.O down 2.9%, Bit Digital BTBT.O down 3.9%

** ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF BITO.P and iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF IBIT.O down nearly 4% each
