** Shares of AI infrastructure company WhiteFiber WYFI.O rise 23.22% to $17.62 in premarket trading

** Co late Thursday announced a 10-year, $865 million co-location agreement with cloud services provider Nscale

** The agreement secures the first 40 megawatt delivery of IT load at WhiteFiber's flagship NC-1 data center campus in Madison, North Carolina

** WhiteFiber was spun-out from crypto firm Bit Digital BTBT.O and went public in August after a $159.4 million IPO; BTBT still holds a majority stake of 70.7%

** 8 of 9 brokerages rate the stock "buy", 1 "strong buy"; median PT is $37 — data compiled by LSEG

** WYFI down 15.9% since its IPO on Aug. 7
