Alderley Park, UK, 31 August 2023: BiVictriX Therapeutics plc, an emerging
biotechnology company applying a differentiated approach to develop
next-generation cancer therapies with substantially improved cancer cell
selectivity and anti-cancer activity, announces, for the purposes of the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that the total issued share capital of the
Company consists of 82,526,088 ordinary shares of 1 pence each with voting
rights.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 82,526,088 and this
figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change in the interest in, the share capital of the Company.
