BlackBerry gains on selling Cylance assets to Arctic Wolf

** Shares of BlackBerry  BB.TO  rise 15.7% to C$4.43
    ** BlackBerry says it will sell its Cylance assets to Arctic
Wolf for $160 mln in cash and about 5.5 mln of Arctic Wolf
shares
    ** BlackBerry announced it would buy Cyalnce for $1.4
billion in cash in 2018
    ** BB said in October it was exploring options for the
Cylance business and forecast profit for its next fiscal year
above market estimates
    ** Up to last close, BB had fallen 18.5% this year
