Blackbaud down after downbeat annual forecasts

** Shares of cloud software provider Blackbaud  BLKB.O  down
as much as 11.5% to a more than a ten-month low of $70.67
    ** Company sees annual revenue between $1.12 billion and
$1.13 billion vs Street estimates of $1.2 billion, per data
compiled by LSEG
    ** Says the company's renewal price uplift, which slowed
growth in Q3 and Q4, will continue throughout 2025
    ** Also forecasts adjusted EPS in the range of $4.16 to
$4.35 vs estimate of $4.61
    ** Q4 revenue of $302.2 million came below estimate of
$303.7 million 
    ** However, adjusted EPS of 1.08 narrowly beat estimate of
$1.06
    ** BLKB fell ~15% in 2024
