Notice of Interim Results and Investor Presentation

 

Blackbird plc (AIM:BIRD), the technology licensor, developer and seller of
both the market-leading cloud native video editing platform, Blackbird, and
the multiplayer editor in a browser, elevate.io, will announce its interim
results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on 29 September 2025.

 

Ian McDonough, Chief Executive Officer, and Stephen White, Chief Operating and
Financial Officer, will give a live presentation on the interim results via
the Investor Meet Company platform on the 1 October 2025 at 11.00 a.m. BST.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders of the
Company. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company
dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. BST the day before the meeting or at any time
during the live presentation.
