Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 

Blackbird plc (AIM:BIRD, OTCQX: BBRDF), the technology licensor, developer and
seller of the market-leading cloud native video editing platform, Blackbird,
will announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2022, on
Wednesday, 22 March 2023.

 

The Company is pleased to announce that Ian McDonough, Chief Executive
Officer, Stephen White, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Stephen
Streater, R&D Director, and Sumit Rai, Chief Product Officer, will provide
a live presentation relating to the final results and an update on execution
of the Company's previously announced strategy via the Investor Meet Company
platform on 22 March 2023 at 12:00pm GMT.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9:00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
