Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 

Blackbird plc (AIM:BIRD; OTCQX:BBRDF), the technology licensor, developer and
seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird®, will
announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2023 on 5
September 2023.

 

Ian McDonough, Chief Executive Officer, and Stephen White, Chief Operating and
Financial Officer, will give a live presentation relating to the interim
results for the six months ended 30 June 2023 via the Investor Meet Company
platform on the 6 September 2023 at 11.00 a.m. BST.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders of the
Company. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company
dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. BST the day before the meeting or at any time
during the live presentation.
