Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 

Blackbird plc (AIM:BIRD), the technology licensor, developer and seller of the
market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird®, will announce its
final results for the year ended 31 December 2023 on 5 March 2024.

 

Ian McDonough, Chief Executive Officer, and Stephen White, Chief Operating and
Financial Officer, will give a live presentation relating to the final results
via the Investor Meet Company platform on the 6 March 2024 at 11.00 a.m. GMT.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders of the
Company. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company
dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. GMT the day before the meeting or at any time
during the live presentation.
