Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Blackbird plc (AIM: BIRD; OTCQX: BBRDF), the technology licensor, developer
and seller of the market-leading cloud native video editing
platform, Blackbird, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual
General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The proxy votes received from shareholders on each resolution are set out
