** Shares of India's Zinka Logistics Solutions ZINK.NS rise 2.3% to 470 rupees

** Zinka posted a Q4 consol profit of 2.80 bln rupees ($32.7 mln) vs loss of 907.5 mln rupees; rev rose ~31%

** Trading vols at 348,000 shares vs 30 day avg of 239,000

** YTD stock has declined ~3%
