iShares II plc (the "Company") 

 

11 July 2025

 

Shareholders of the Share Classes listed in this notice (each a "Share Class"
and together the "Share Classes")

 

The Directors of iShares II plc (the "Company") wish to advise you that some
of the currency trading lines of the Share Classes will be removed from
trading on SIX, LSE and/or Euronext (the "Affected Trading Lines") on 28
October 2025 (the "Delisting Effective Date").

 

It is important to note that the Share Classes will not be closing.
