iShares III plc (the "Company")

iShares € Aggregate Bond ESG SRI UCITS ETF (the "Fund") - ISINs:
IE00B3DKXQ41 / IE000CR3ZDF9

The directors of the Company wish to advise you of a change to the methodology
of the Bloomberg MSCI Euro Aggregate and Green Bond ESG SRI Index, the Fund's
benchmark index (the "Index"), due to take effect on or around 1 April 2026
(the "Effective Date").

The methodology of the Index is being amended to implement business activities
screening to all bonds, including green bonds. The green bond component of the
Index did not previously exclude issuers involved in (i) nuclear power, (ii)
thermal coal, (iii) generation of power from thermal coal, (iv) unconventional
oil and gas and (v) fossil fuels (exposure and exploration) and reserves.

A new version of the Company's prospectus, reflecting this change, will be
published on or around the Effective Date.
