iShares III plc (the "Company")

 

Shareholders of iShares Global Govt Bond Climate UCITS ETF (ISIN:
IE00BL0BMG90) (the "Fund")

 

11(th) July 2025

 

The Directors of iShares III plc (the "Company") wish to inform you of the
upcoming closure of the Fund and compulsory redemption of all its
participating shares.

 

The closure of the Fund is due to take effect on or around 14th of August 2025
(the "Compulsory Redemption Date") as set out below:

If you are still a Shareholder in the Fund on the Compulsory Redemption Date,
your shares will be automatically redeemed.  The assets of the Fund will be
liquidated in order to return the proceeds of your investment to you. If you
do not wish for your shares to be automatically redeemed on the Compulsory
Redemption Date, you can redeem your shares in the Fund at any time up to and
including the Final Dealing Date in accordance with the normal Fund redemption
procedures as set out in the Fund's prospectus.

 

An electronic copy of the full shareholder letter shall be made available
shortly for inspection
