iShares III plc (the "Company")

iShares € High Yield Corp Bond ESG Paris-Aligned Climate UCITS ETF (the
"Fund") - ISIN: IE000H92C4B8

 

3(rd) November 2025

 

The directors of the Company wish to advise you of a change that will be made
to the distribution frequency of the Fund. The distribution frequency of the
Fund will change from semi-annual to quarterly. The first new quarterly
distribution of the Fund will be carried out in April 2026. The change is due
to take effect on or around 5 January 2026 (the "Effective Date").
