Set out below are the TR-1 notifications of a major interest in shares in Blackstone/GSO Loan Financing Limited (the "Company") in respect of Old Mutual Plc, dated 18 March 2015, and BlackRock, Inc., dated 30 November 2015. These announcements were inadvertently not released at the relevant time due to administrative issues with the email account to which the notifications were sent. Both announcements have since been superseded by notifications released by the Company on 10 May 2016 (in respect of Old Mutual Plc - RNS 8408X) and 29 February 2016 (in respect of BlackRock, Inc. - RNS 4477Q). These announcements reflect the up-to-date reportable position as at today's date. However, for completeness, the Company has been advised to release the superseded notifications to the market.

The Company apologises for these delayed announcements. The Company has reviewed its processes for receiving and announcing TR-1 notifications and taken steps to ensure timely release.
