** Shares of power solutions company Bloom Energy BE.N rise 23.7% to $107.49 premarket

** Company says asset management firm Brookfield BN.TO will invest up to $5 billion as part of an AI infrastructure partnership to deploy Bloom's advanced fuel cell technology

** Company adds they are actively collaborating on the design and delivery of AI factories globally, including a site in Europe, that will be announced before the end of the year

     ** As of last close, shares are up 291.13% YTD
