The Notes are admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market of the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin.
We refer to the final offering circular of the Issuer dated 17 December 2019 (the "Offering Circular"). Capitalised terms used herein and not specifically defined will have the same meaning as given to that term in the Offering Circular.
 
COVID-19 Statement
 
Given the current global situation and the impact of COVID-19 on the real estate market, the Primary Servicer has been in regular communication with the Sponsor regarding any potential impact on both the portfolio and the loan performance. The Primary Servicer will continue to monitor the situation closely and assess the impact and performance on a regular basis. 
The Primary Servicer is presently undertaking a programme of impact analysis and wherever appropriate conducting an Ad Hoc Review.
The Primary Servicer will endeavour to present the material findings of any Ad Hoc Review to Noteholders by way of a RIS Notification or within the investor reporting.
