The Notes are admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market of the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin.
We refer to the final offering circular of the Issuer dated 14 October 2019 (the "Offering Circular"). Capitalised terms used herein and not specifically defined will have the same meaning as given to that term in the Offering Circular.
St James Point Cladding Rectification Works - Collateral Warranty 
 
Notice is hereby given to holders of the Notes that the Servicer, on behalf of the Issuer as Senior Lender under the Senior Facility Agreement, instructed the Common Security Agent to enter into a collateral warranty (the "Collateral Warranty") with, amongst others, the sub-contractor engaged to carry out and complete the St. James Point Cladding Rectification Works. The Collateral Warranty was entered into on 27 March 2020.
