down 7% at $11.15 premarket, set to open at near two-week low
    ** Co reports Q3 loss of 9 cents/share vs estimates for a

    ** Cuts FY revenue forecast again to $750 mln-$800 mln,
citing supply constraints and semiconductor parts shortage
    ** Co had in Q2 cut the forecast to $800 mln-$900 mln on
