China's Blue Moon hits 5-month low on seeing wider H1 loss

** Shares of household cleaning and care products producer
Blue Moon Group Holdings  6993.HK  drop as much as 9.9% to
HK$1.73, their lowest since Feb. 6
    ** Co expects net loss of HK$665 mln ($85.2 mln) for HY
ended in June, compared to HK$167.5 mln loss in H1 2023, amid
increase in selling and distribution expenses, among others
    ** Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC  eases 0.4%, 
Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  and Hang Seng Index  .HSI 
slip 0.2% and 0.1% respectively
    ** Stock down 11.1% YTD
