** Affiliates of Blue Owl Capital's OWL.N real estate arm agree to buy firm in $2.4 bln all-cash deal

** SILA market capitalization at $1.41 billion as of Friday's close - LSEG data

** Shareholders to receive $30.38 per share, which represents a 19% premium to Friday close of $25.53

** Shares set to open at a record high if current gains hold

** Stock up 9.5% YTD, as of last close
