Results of AGM

 

Blue Star Capital plc (AIM: BLU), the investing company with a focus on
esports, payments, technology and its applications within media and gaming,
announces that, at its annual general meeting held earlier today, resolutions
one to three passed whilst resolutions four and five failed to carry.

Following the results of the annual general meeting, the Company intends to
further engage with shareholders regarding its share authorities.
