Fourth Interim Dividend Announcement
 
Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), a UK focused income fund that invests primarily in solar assets, is pleased to announce the Company's fourth interim dividend for the financial year which ended on 30 June 2020 (the 'Fourth Interim Dividend').  Unless otherwise noted herein, the information provided in this announcement and any asset valuations underlying such information is unaudited.
 
The Fourth Interim Dividend of 2.05 pence per Ordinary Share will be payable to Shareholders on the register as at 2 October 2020, with an associated ex-dividend date of 1 October 2020 and a payment date on or around 28 October 2020.  In September 2019 the dividend declared was 2.61 pence per Ordinary Share, consisting of a fourth interim dividend of 1.98p and an additional dividend of 0.63 p.
 
The Board is pleased to have declared full year dividends of 7.90 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 30 June 2020 compared to a full year dividend of 7.68 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending 30 June 2019.  They have been covered by earnings and is post debt amortisation. Furthermore, the Board reconfirms the Company's target dividend of 8.00 pence per Ordinary Share for the financial year ending on 30 June 2021.
