Bluefield Solar (LON: BSIF), the London listed UK income fund focused
primarily on acquiring and managing solar energy assets, has received
notification that Christopher Waldron a PDMR of the Company, has transferred
25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company to a Retirement Annuity Trust ("RAT"),
of which he is the sole beneficiary, for nil consideration.
