** Shares of drugmaker Blueprint Medicines Corp  BPMC.O 
rise ~6% to $44.95 after market
    ** Company says U.S. FDA has lifted partial clinical hold on
an early- to mid-stage trial of its experimental cancer drug,
BLU-222
    ** Working with trial sites to reinitiate patient enrollment

    ** In February, the agency had put the trial on partial hold
as some patients faced episodes of light sensitivity and blurred
vision
    ** Worked with the FDA over the last several weeks to
resolve the partial hold by updating adverse event monitoring
and management procedures - BPMC
    ** As of last close, BPMC shares down ~3% YTD
