** Blueprint Medicines Corp's shares  BPMC.O  rise 10.2% to
$84.6
    ** Co's sales was $72 mln for the fourth quarter vs
estimates of $66.3 mln - LSEG data
    ** Q4 loss was $1.82 per share vs estimates of $2.04 per
share
     ** Co forecast a sales of about $360 million to $390
million in 2024 for its lead drug, representing more than 80%
year-over-year growth at the midpoint
    ** BMPC continues to expect that operating expenses and cash
burn will further decline in 2024
    ** Including session gains, stock had risen ~91% in last 12
months
