Update on Claims by a Former Director to the Company
 
BlueRock Diamonds PLC, the AIM listed diamond producer, which owns and operates the Kareevlei Diamond Mine ('Kareevlei') in the Kimberley region of South Africa, announces an update on the court process instigated by the Company's former CEO, Riaan Visser.
 
Further to the Company's announcement of 2 February 2018, a court hearing has been scheduled for 10 August 2018 to consider Mr. Visser's application to place the Company's operating subsidiary, Kareevlei Mining (Pty) Ltd in provisional liquidation.  BlueRock's legal advice remains that the provisional liquidation application instituted by Mr Visser is without merit and further announcements will be made in due course as appropriate.
