** Co receives separate, possible cash offers from CVC Advisers and Veritas Capital, both valuing co at about £1.56 billion ($2.10 billion)
** CVC proposes 915p per Bodycote share, while Veritas offers 914p per share
** In June, Apollo had ended talks with Bodycote over a $2 billion takeover proposal
** YTD, stock has risen about 32% so far this year
