UK's Bodycote agrees to $2.51 billion Veritas takeover Sept 1 (Reuters) - New York-based private equity firm Veritas Capital agreed on Tuesday to buy Bodycote BOY.L, valuing the British heat treatment specialist at about £1.85 billion ($2.51 billion), including debt.
