Jan 27 (Reuters) - Varitronix International Ltd  0710.HK  
    * Group is expected to record a significant decrease in net 
profit for year ended 31 december 2016 by approximately 80% 
    * Expected decrease is due to group realized one-off gain 
from disposal of interest in data modul ag of hk$49 million  for 
year ended 31 dec 2015
