    * Recently entered into a strategic cooperation with 
Shanghai Galaxy Investment 
    * Deal in relation to development, investment, construction, 
operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations 
    * Estimated that total installed capacity of photovoltaic 
power stations and rooftop distributed power stations would be 
100MW 
    * Shanghai Galaxy intends to acquire most of photovoltaic 
power station assets currently held by co at estimated 
transaction RMB200 million to RMB300 million
