Boku, Inc. (AIM: BOKU), the leading global provider of mobile payment
solutions, announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 5 January
2024, Stuart Neal (CEO) was appointed as a director of the Company on 17
January 2024.

 

The Company also makes the disclosures set out in Annex 1, in relation to
